If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return of
unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of
purchase. All returns will be reviewed by a
www.ChivCulture.com
staff member.
Within the first 15 days after
purchase, customers are eligible for one free exchange
shipping. After 15 days, customers may only make an exchange
for store credit.
If item has been marked down,
customer has 30 days after purchase to return item for full store
credit. After 30 days, customer will only be given store
credit for item's current selling price. Customers will be
required to provide a proof of purchase with all returns. All
items sold on SALE are FINAL. No refunds will be
issued.
Please refer to the back of your
packing slip for detailed instructions on making your
return.
If the packing slip is unavailable,
please include a note or letter containing the following
information:
Your name, address, and email
address
Your daytime phone number, in case we
have questions
A list of the product(s) and why you
are returning the product(s) (for example: wrong size, wrong
product, didn't like color, damaged in transit, etc.)
Do not ship return product in
original shoe box. Use an additional box with the shoe box
and return slip included in the package. Please ship your return
package to:
Any shoe returned to us for a refund or exchange which is not a result of a mistake on our part, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee and customer must pay for shipping both ways.

All return packages must be shipped
using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or
USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for
us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund
within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you
via email once we've received and processed the returned
product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise
total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the
original purchase.
NOTE: We're sorry, but we
don't credit shipping costs for returned orders.
Please note: www.ChivCulture.com is
not able to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than
www.LovePastry.com. To return products purchased at another store,
please return the product to the retail location where it was
purchased. If the retail location will not accept your return,
please call Pastry Consumer Relations at
